The call for applications for the XXXVI Cycle of the PhD programme in Understanding and Managing Extremes (UME) has been opened. The programme comprises two curricula: Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Seismology (ROSE Curriculum) and Hydrometeorological, Geological, Chemical and Environmental Risk (HYRIS Curriculum). The programme is in English, has a duration of 4 years beginning in October 2020 and a total of 9 full scholarships are available. The deadline for applications is 9th March 2020 at 13:00 CET.
